PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit / debit cards, BACS and cash, and payment is to be made at the time of your appointment.

We are recognised by all major insurance companies. If you are covered by private health care insurance please ensure you have received their authorisation and reference numbers before commencement of treatment.

We would ask that 24 hours notice is given if you wish to cancel or change your appointment.  You may be charged the full treatment fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
